GoodGym’s landing page had an exceptionally high bounce rate and of the users that do continue to sign up, only 16% become active members.
A redesign of the landing page in order to provide the user with more information on what GoodGym does and the introduction of an onboarding system to guide potential users to sign up for running events that match their interests.

Netflix want to engage existing and potential Netflix customers in a unique and compelling way, with their Netflix Original Content
Through the development of an accompaniment app that allows users to take ‘Flix’ of their favourite shows and share with friends. Users can now interact with the Netflix original content. And most importantly we have provided a home for the Netflix community.
Through a user research exercise I discovered that amateur musicians struggle to find suitable places to perform in new cities as their network is based on word of mouth.
An app that connects musicians to various venues and apps and allows them to rate and share with other musicians creating a network of tried and tested venues.

I have always been fascinated by human behaviour which has served me well as a UX designer. I enjoy working in a multi disciplinary team to develop user centred solutions.
Fixers are relaunching their curated travel service and require a microsite to engage and queue users, while the main website is under development
After extensive research into their potential users. We designed a microsite that engaged users with inspiring visuals and copy. The solution also incorporated a queuing system and a design of an email to re-engage users.
